A leading fintech company, is looking for a talented and self-driven Payments Analyst with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
This role is pivotal in providing in-depth insights into inbound and outbound customer payment processes while optimizing performance and costs.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the performance and cost of payment providers and recommend action plans to management
Create financial models for data-oriented decision support
Perform periodical operational metrics tracking and ad hoc reporting
Recommend actions by making comparative analyses of existing setups and proposed changes
Evaluate financial performance by analyzing actual results vs. forecasts
Communicate with payment providers, Back Office, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics
Familiarity with BI platforms (Tableau - advantage)
Familiarity with Python and data management tools (Access, SQL, Excel/VBA etc.)
Complex problem-solving ability, agility to dynamic environment and strong quantitative and analytical competency
Impeccable attention to details.
