Regional Security Manager

Were looking for a Regional Security Manager to join us in keeping our people safe. In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Physical Security as part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of physical security for us worldwide. As the Israel-based Regional Security Lead, you will assume primary responsibility for access management at our Tel Aviv offices and enforce physical security policy. You will support the Global Physical Security Team and play a central role in maintaining security for key executives.
WHAT YOULL DO
Enforce the physical access management policy across our Israel estate, verifying compliance and ensuring best practices are followed.
Working with our Global Security Operations Manager, collaborate with partners as needed to respond to, investigate, and remediate any access violations or broader security incidents.
Assist in implementing executive protection measures in Israel, collaborating with external providers to ensure seamless support for our leadership.
Maintain relationships with key Israel-based security providers, share guidance, and manage intelligence resources for regional security and risk management.
Support leadership to inform travel security policy and collaborate with the travel team to assist global travellers in-country and manage the risk of security incidents.
