We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead backend engineering and APIs connectivity to our end to end user experience / look and feel of the product. Our technology stack is based on AWS managed services and serverless architecture. Therefore, an extensive understanding of AWS / Cloud technologies is necessary.

Role and responsibilities:
Backend engineering lead as part of frontend, backend, and data analytics team.
End to end ownership of a SaaS backend/API.
Build backend infrastructure and connectivity.
Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in backend engineering.
Experience with Enterprise Software / SaaS applications.
Experience with CI/CD systems and test methodologies.
Knowledge and hands-on experience around AWS / Cloud technologies - mandatory.
Development experience with typescript - mandatory.
Hands-on experience with serverless architecture - a big plus.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
Attention to details.
