We are looking for a skilled Subcontract Manufacturing Manager to oversee production and service operations with our contract manufacturers and aftersales partners.
This role involves managing EMS providers, executing production plans, and ensuring compliant, cost-effective delivery of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Lead external manufacturing and repair partners to ensure on-time, quality deliveries.
- Production & Planning: Align subcontractor output with demand and materials using MRP systems.
-Inventory & Logistics: Manage WIP, finished goods, and shipping schedules.
-Cost Control: Maintain COGS, track PPV, and support cost-reduction efforts.
-EOL Planning: Lead end-of-life component strategies with suppliers and engineering.
-Supplier Performance: Monitor KPIs (OTD, yield, TAT, scrap), lead reviews, and drive improvements.
-BOM & ECOs: Coordinate change implementations with suppliers.
-Compliance: Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO 13485, and internal QMS standards.
-Process Improvement: Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Engineering to optimize performance and resolve issues.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with EMS providers, PCBA suppliers, and post-sales repair contractors.
- MRP Knowledge: General understanding of MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Priority) to interpret schedules and support planning conversations.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
