We're searching for a dynamic R&D Team Lead to spearhead the development of our Life, the central hub for all employee-related information and actions! Join our Internal Systems R&D group and report to the R&D Group Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our internal tools. In your day-to-day you will:
Lead and inspire a team of talented developers and QA engineers
Drive design projects and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into exceptional solutions
Champion Agile sprints and our release methodology to maximize efficiency and quality
Continuously deliver valuable features while improving the tech stack
Dive into both frontend, backend and mobile development according to our product vision and roadmap.

Requirements:
Experience in team management, leading large scale development projects and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
5+ years of experience in frontend design and development
Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with backend developers, UX/UI designers and product managers
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, in both Hebrew and English.
