Senior System Administrator

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator.
In your Role, you will be the authoritative consultant for solving technological challenges, overseeing all core IT infrastructure components, and identifying innovative solutions to meet evolving IT requirements. You will lead mapping, identifying, and delivering technological solutions while crafting future roadmaps to ensure that stays at the forefront of IT excellence.
You will be a key part of the IT Team, reporting to the Director of IT.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the organizations infrastructure and system architecture, delivering professional, scalable, and high-quality solutions for complex challenges.
Continuously assess and update existing infrastructure technologies to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.
Plan, lead, and implement IT projects, including rollouts and infrastructure upgrades, with full project management responsibility.
Review current technologies and identify areas for improvement to formulate future technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Work with team members on core infrastructure issues, providing holistic solutions and fostering a collaborative environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to coordinate smooth implementation and delivery of IT initiatives.
Act as a mentor to technical support staff, offering oversight, coaching, and training for new systems and processes.
Embed security best practices into all infrastructure designs, including principles like Zero Trust, IAM, encryption standards, and regulatory compliance.
