A fast-growing tech company is looking for a Tech Recruiter passionate about building outstanding products with an exceptional, collaborative team.
The Role:
Were looking for a driven and personable Tech Recruiter to help us scale by hiring top-tier technical talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams in a dynamic, international, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and internal tools.
Conduct interviews and assess technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback
Maintain accurate records in the ATS
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to define hiring needs
Support employer branding efforts
Work with international teams and ensure alignment with company culture.

Requirements:
2 3 years of experience in tech recruitment (high-tech/startups)
High-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Proven ability to source candidates for both technical fit and culture
Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Team player with the ability to work independently
Experience in a global work environment an advantage
