R&D Team Lead

Responsibilities
Streamline processes: Set up efficient workflows for the engineering team, and support company wide efforts like SOC 2 compliance.
Lead and mentor: Manage a team of engineers, helping them grow and deliver high-quality products, and support them to own end-to-end development lifecycle.
Drive development: Own the delivery of key projects, integrations, and technical initiatives aligned with our roadmap.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with founders, product, design, customer experience and sales teams to ship features that improve our users day to day operations.
Optimize infrastructure: Improve system performance, scalability, reliability and improve CI/CD pipelines using best practices for AWS/Kubernete
