We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to create video ads for user acquisition and retargeting for mobile gaming based on performance analysis.
The perfect Motion designer will be a highly creative yet analytical professional who can develop data-driven ideas and improve performance.
As a Motion designer, your day-to-day will be to create exceptional motion and static ads for gaming companies, with a mission of creating new high-performing data-driven creatives.
Responsibilities:
Create performance-based motion graphics, translating data into dynamic video gaming ads.
Collaborate closely with Campaign managers to ensure executable concepts.
Work closely with other Studio members, addressing technical and design issues.
Utilize creative and technical skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
Stay current on industry trends through self-directed training and development.
Follow and maintain Creative Studio processes, including best practices for versioning control and file organization.

3+ years of hands-on experience in motion graphic production with familiarity in video and photo styles, formats and editing techniques.
Strong Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge. Adobe After Effects and Photoshop advanced skills.
Experience designing ads in performance marketing for mobile games.
Experience in online Casino (advantage).
Experience working in 3D media and animation is a plus.
Ability to create high-quality content with short deadlines.
Education in Visual Communication/Graphic Design.
High level of written and spoken English.
Graphic design background/experience.
Experience with generative AI models.
