We are looking for a Senior Developer with proven hands-on development experience and a background in matrix leadership or technical ownership over development teams.
While this is not a formal team lead role, we are looking for someone who has taken responsibility for otherswhether through mentoring, guiding teammates, or owning critical parts of the development process.

This is a key role on our team, requiring strong ownership, practical thinking, and a collaborative spirit. Youll have the chance to shape our product, influence technological choices, and help support junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
Take part in leading core platform systems from a technological perspective.
Hands-on development write clean, scalable, maintainable code.
Implement and maintain both existing and new technologies.
Support and mentor a junior developer.
Troubleshoot tech issues and take part in ongoing system maintenance.
Provide support to internal teams and customers as needed.
Work cross-functionally to ensure effective technology implementation.

Work Conditions:
Full-time role based in our Tel Aviv office (Migdal Shalom).
Up to 23 days a week remote work.

Requirements:
Experience with Node.js development.
Solid knowledge of Angular (version 6 and up).
Familiarity with MongoDB and Redis.
Experience with deployment and operations in Heroku.
Prior experience in guiding, mentoring, or holding responsibility over developers or parts of a development process (matrix or informal leadership).
Ability to drive technological improvements and infrastructure enhancements.
Flexible attitude, including willingness to help outside regular hours if needed.
