We are seeking a hands-on Development Team Lead who will manage both people and code. Youll take part in strategic decision-making while staying deeply involved in the development process.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on both leading and building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technological leadership over core platform systems
- Writing high-quality code and participating fully in development tasks
Selecting, implementing, and maintaining both current and new technologies.
- Managing, mentoring, and providing direction to a junior developer
- Problem-solving across all levels of the stack and ensuring system reliability
- Providing tech support to internal teams and clients as necessary
- Collaborating with other teams to create smooth and efficient solutions

Work Conditions:
-Based in Migdal Shalom, Tel Aviv

Requirements:
.Solid experience with Node.js development
.Skilled in Angular (version 6 and above)
.Experience with MongoDB and Redis
.Comfortable working in Heroku deployment environments
Proven ability to lead technical processes and optimize development and.infrastructure workflows
.Flexibility and readiness to step up beyond working hours when needed
