Head of Development In Tel Aviv!

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Development to lead our entire tech operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic technological.oversight with practical software development
The ideal candidate is both visionary and execution-driven
.with a systems-level mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
.Full technological leadership across all platform systems and services
Hands-on development: write production-grade code and actively contribute to the teams output.
Ownership of technology stack decisions, including implementation and maintenance of existing and new technologies.
.Coaching, guiding, and managing a junior developer on the team
Troubleshooting and solving system-level problems; ensuring ongoing system health and stability.
Supporting internal stakeholders and customers with technological solutions.as needed
Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless and.scalable tech implementations

Work Conditions:
Full-time, hybrid model.
Office location: Migdal Shalom, Tel Aviv.
Work-from-home flexibility: up to 23 days a week.
