Trading Analyst

We seek a Trading Systems Analyst to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. This role involves monitoring real-time execution, debugging issues, validating trading logic, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with developers, researchers, and traders to ensure our automated strategies perform as expected. Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyze real-time algorithmic trading execution to ensure proper functionality.
* Debug and investigate trading anomalies, execution failures, and performance issues
* Validate that trading logic, risk controls, and execution strategies are functioning as intended.
* Collaborate with the research and development teams to identify blind spots, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
* Review trading logs, data feeds, and order execution patterns to detect discrepancies.
* Work with developers to troubleshoot code-level issues and suggest optimizations.
* Assist in developing testing frameworks and automated checks to improve system reliability.
* Maintain and enhance documentation related to system behaviors, workflows, and issue resolution procedures.
