Project Manager

You will collaborate with product, R&D, marketing, and customer success teams across Israel, Greece, and Ukraine.

Responsibilities
Own and run all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment with the high-level roadmap and milestones.
Create and manage detailed project plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate dependencies between Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (potential Scrum Master role).
Track progress, remove blockers, and escalate risks that impact timeline or scope.
Report on project status to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Support design partner engagement and discovery calls alongside product and GTM teams.
Maintain documentation, updates, and cross-team communication channels.
