Responsibilities:
* Providing domestic and international tax services and consulting to start-ups and companies in the high-tech sector
* Ongoing support and advice in a variety of tax areas
* Accompanying M&A transactions and IPOs
* Advising companies throughout complex processes such as due diligence procedures and IPO readiness

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting/law - a must
* 4-5 years of experience in the field of domestic and/or international taxation from a legal firm/CPA office/ITA - a must
* Fluent English - a must
* Writing and reading skills at a very high level
