We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and develop our technological infrastructure and lead our IT team.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments throughout the organization to design, implement, and maintain our IT systems. You will manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, serving as a valuable resource to support and guide both your team and other employees. Requirements:
The right candidate:
Has at least 8 years of experience in the IT field.
At least 4 years of management experience.
Experience working in startups or tech companies, with an understanding of fast-paced and innovative environments.
Is proficient in computer hardware, network installation and support, wireless technology applications and IT security.
Experienced with cloud and SaaS environments.
Demonstrates ownership, proactive capabilities and strong communication skills.
Can be available for alerts after regular working hours (happens rarely).
Ideally experienced with:
Has advanced experience working with Linux systems.
Planning and managing IT budgets in a fast-growing environment.
Identity Access Management tools.
CompTIA A+/ITIL/CIST/CCNA or an equivalent certification.
