We are seeking an exceptional Head of AI to lead our innovative AI group in developing AI-driven insights and generative AI chat applications.
In this role, you will manage a team of AI experts and Software Engineers, driving transformative projects using advanced generative AI technologies and conducting cutting-edge machine learning research. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a solid background in developing impactful AI solutions in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Your Day-to-Day
Lead and implement a flagship product based on Generative AI
Lead and guide a team of AI, Machine Learning experts and Software Engineers
Develop and manage the company's long-term AI strategy
Oversee AI research and development projects
Make data-driven technical decisions
Collaborate with other departments to integrate AI solutions into company products
Present results and insights to senior management and investors.

Strong background in Data Science -Must
Several years of experience in managing AI projects and/or teams Must
Experience working with Generative AI
Hands-On capability: Deep understanding of technical details and ability to make informed decisions
Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion
Strong management skills, including effective time management and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to investors and senior management
Familiarity with the Fintech or Banking industry - Advantage.
