We are looking for a talented and experienced Finance Applications Manager to join our team at the Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of financial information systems, with an emphasis on Oracle Fusion. This role requires close collaboration with development teams, clients, and end-users to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.
Your Day-to-Day
Implement and integrate Oracle Fusion modules in logistics and financial sectors.
Analyze business requirements and design customized solutions.
Oversee financial information systems from the specification phase to full implementation.
Provide technical support and training to users.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) tests and troubleshoot issues.
Continuously improve existing processes and systems.
Plan and prioritize development and enhancement requests in collaboration with stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, advising on their potential adoption and implementation.
Your Day-to-Day

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation - Must
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion logistics and financial modules.
Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, and vendor management.
Strong understanding of finance business processes and data workflows.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-player mentality.
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Continuous learner with a self-driven approach to professional development.
At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation - Must
