we are looking for a visionary yet hands-on VP of Product to lead our product strategy and execution. Reporting directly to our Co-Founder & CPO, this role is both strategic and execution-driven, overseeing a team of Product Managers while actively shaping our product direction.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative security products on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on feedback.
Present product vision and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
