We are looking for a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of construction by creating seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our product. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and field teams to create easy-to-use and visually appealing interfaces that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop user-centric design concepts, focusing on user needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Work closely with product managers and R&D to define design requirements and collaborate throughout the development process.
Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system to ensure product-wide coherence.
Design visually compelling interfaces that reinforce our brand identity and optimize usability.

Bachelors degree in Visual Communication or equivalent field of design.
An exceptional portfolio showcasing UX and UI skills.
Proficiency in Figma, with experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsall with strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and R&D, balancing user needs with technical constraints.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
Advantage: Background in the construction industry, construction tech, architecture, or related fields.
A passion for user experience, high motivation, and a drive to create impactful products.
