Key Activities:
Assist the funds marketing managers in daily activities to support potential and existing investors in IONs funds
Keep the funds CRM software updated with new and existing investor information
Periodically review and update the funds investor information
Coordinate roadshows, meetings, and calls by working with the team on upcoming schedules
Prepare presentations and other marketing materials
Assist the marketing team in tracking the lifecycle of a potential investment from initiation to subscription
Assist in certain investor requests including fund data analysis and Due Diligence Questionnaires
Assist with internal and external event
Highly proficient in Hebrew and English (at mother tongue level), including speaking, reading and writing skills
High attention to details

Ability to work independently and learn on-the-go
Comfortable with working with numbers and Excel spreadsheets
