As a Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a domain within Bob's product portfolio. Be the hiring manager for new product managers within your domain.

Develop and optimize product and development processes for efficiency and scalability.
Use data-driven decision-making to define, track, and optimize product KPIs.

HR Tech industry experience is a strong advantage.
