Our goal is to prepare for the $1T money movement and beyond. This has the potential to transform our companys small businesses and customers.What We're Looking For:We're on the hunt for M2 manager with versatile skills across domains like AI, front-end, back-end, and dev ops. The ideal candidate can independently manage a high talented Israeli team, to up-level and accelerate testability and SRE development work for Fintech. While independence is key, collaboration with team members in both Israel and the US is crucial for outstanding results.

Your team will create and bring customer driven software products to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs while building for the future.
To accomplish this you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, Program Managers and Development Managers across the org).
