R&D Mechanical Instruments Engineer We are looking for a passionate and dynamic mechanical engineer, with a hands-on approach, to join our R&D team.
The role involves the development and testing of new and existing surgery instruments.

Key responsibilities:
Design and develop core products with the ability to create fast iteration, and rapid prototyping and lead to mass production
Lead the product development life cycle from concept to feasibility, risk analysis, prototyping, design, implementation and validation of components.
TEST prototypes and develop agile testing systems methodologies to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal departments
Write and review R&D documentation including requirements, TEST protocols, analysis of TEST results and report generation for continuous learning and improvements.
Lead engineering changes and continuously improve our product designs.

Requirements:
Requirements
5+ years of experience in mechanical design.
5+ years of experience with SolidWorks.
Experience in design for medical devices - Must.
Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) - an advantage.
Experience in surgical instruments design.
Experience with PLMs and ECOs.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
