Gardening and vegetation are an inseparable part of our company's DNA and we are recruiting the next gardener to take part in meaningful work and large and challenging projects.
What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
Regular maintenance of gardens and outdoor vegetation
Professional indoor plant careCultivating vegetable gardensVegetation care, including planting and watering according to the seasonIrrigation systems controlTaking a significant part in a large project including planning areas and gardening areas.

Requirements:
Full-time availability (5 days a week 7:00-16:00) at the company's offices in Givat Ram, Jerusalem.
- Significant experience and knowledge in gardening and/or professional knowledge in plant, soil and water sciences. Special emphasis - on gardening in a detached substrate and indoor gardening.- Significant practical work experience in the field of 3 years minimum.- Readiness for intensive and physical work in the field.- Operational capabilities including task management, working with suppliers, etc.- High work ethic- Willingness to learn and work especially professionally.- Good interpersonal skills, willingness to integrate into a cohesive team.- Great love for plants and gardens
Good-to-Haves (Preferred Requirements)
- Academic degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with gardening tools- Ability to work in a computerized environment- English at a good level.
