What you will be doing
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, tech, finance, and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements to build and deliver data infrastructure, reports, and insights that meet their needs.
ETL Processes: Develop highly scalable complex data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources, ensure that data is accurately extracted from source systems, transformed into the required format, and loaded into the data warehouse (DWH) (using DBT, Git). It also includes verification and monitoring of data quality (Elementary).
Implement GenAI solutions: As part of the job, you will implement new solutions and tools to improve the efficiency of the teams, support self-service for the users, and provide insights easily, automatically, and quickly.
Data modeling: Responsible for the model, design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the data warehouses, as well as ensuring the integrity and security of data. Support users needs including performance and monitor cost
Business Analytics Tools: Design and implement BI tools across the company. Troubleshooting and optimizing the tools and systems to improve performance. This includes ensuring that the reports and dashboards are running efficiently and meeting the user's needs (using ThoughtSpot, and Redash)
Staying Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in data solutions, analytics, and business intelligence to ensure that our company stays ahead in leveraging data for business decisions.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BI Development or Data Engineering roles.
Advanced SQL skills are essential.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, constructing, and maintaining efficient data pipelines using DBT or similar tools.
Experience in designing, building, and optimizing big data solutions (GCP is an advantage).
Skilled in using Git.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker).
Competency in Python programming is highly desirable.
High level of English proficiency.
An academic degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with data teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to present complex data in a way that is actionable for non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort with fast-changing priorities and the ability to pivot quickly when new AI technologies or business needs arise.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, BI, and data landscapes.
Continuously questioning assumptions, processes, and outcomes to uncover hidden opportunities or potential issues.
