As an SEO Manager, youll report directly to the Head of SEO, contributing to and executing our global organic growth strategy. Youll take ownership of specific website areas, ensuring they are optimized for search engines, user experience, and emerging AI platforms. This role requires collaboration with global teams and agencies to align SEO efforts with broader business goals.
What you will do..
Develop and implement an SEO roadmap: Plan and execute strategies to improve search engine visibility and drive organic growth.
Align SEO with business goals: Maintain overall alignment between SEO efforts, business objectives, and broader marketing strategies.
Track and analyze performance: Define and monitor key metrics like conversation rate, click rate, bounce rate, and rankings to assess success and identify improvement areas.
Resolve SEO issues: Conduct audits, identify technical challenges, and work with developers to implement solutions.
Oversee content relevance: Collaborate with content teams to ensure keyword optimization and user-centric strategies.
Design link-building and keyword strategies: Build scalable outreach programs and discover high-value keyword opportunities.
