Director of Photo Video Apps & Monetization

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Photo Video Apps & Monetization to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for our suite of iOS photo and video editing apps. The primary challenge of this role is to drive business growth through innovative product development and effective team management while prioritizing the goal of achieving and maintaining profitability
This role will report directly to the C-level executive overseeing this domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the mobile app landscape, and the ability to drive innovation in a fast paced environment through product development and effective team management.
What you will be doing
Matrix Management: Manage and mentor a diverse team of a Product Manager, Tech Engineers, and Marketing Specialists. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Product Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for our photo and video editing apps. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
Project Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet project milestones.
Business Orientation: Drive business growth through data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Identify new opportunities for revenue generation and user engagement.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and team performance. Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data.
