Salesforce Technical Implementor

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to become an integral part of our Professional Services team at our company. At our company, we strive to ensure customers satisfaction and an effective onboarding process. As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with professional services global team to support technical activities during customer onboarding stage, develop tools and scripts to improve the process and work closely with the product team to design and develop the tools required to support new products and features. You will be working in collaboration with the customers and closely with our support, product, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities:
Perform Configuration according to requirements.
Providing technical support and working with the Professional Services teams ongoing projects
Using Salesforce configuration tools, Implementing customer requirements in our system
Perform deployment of configuration and customization between customers orgs
System performance testing and validation
Collaborate with Product, customer Success, R&D, Support, QA, Dev Ops.
