Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with production and operational goals according to regulations and company procedures.
Manage a large workforce of approximately 100 employees and managers.
Lead the operations in accordance with GMP conditions and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field an advantage.
Technical education as an engineer/technician is also possible.
Experience in a significant production management role mandatory!
Experience with GMP processes, production processes, and compliance with internal and external audits an advantage.
Proficiency in English.
