We are looking for a skilled Rust Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge web3 security software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, development best practices and micro services. While prior experience in cybersecurity or blockchains is a plus, we welcome developers eager to learn and grow in this space.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable systems using Rust.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features aligned with business goals.
Work closely with the research team to translate innovative concepts into practical, secure solutions.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to industry best practices.
Participate in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities within applications.
Stay updated on emerging trends in Rust development, cybersecurity, and blockchain.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in Rust development
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Advantages:
Knowledge of secure coding practices and interest in cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized systems (advantageous).
Basic knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python/GO).
