The Customer Data Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role, serving as the primary data consultant and solution architect for our largest and most complex clients. This position is ideally suited for individuals with a strong technical background, complemented by outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their business needs, translating these insights into tailored product configurations and data-driven solutions.
Design data models, predictive analytics, and KPIs to support and enhance clients' business performance.
Present, visualize, and communicate data-driven insights and solutions effectively to clients.
Serve as a consultant and problem solver, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize data integration and help clients to fully leverage us.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while collaborating across various business and technical teams.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or consultancy roles.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose business challenges and propose effective data solutions.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
High motivation, exceptional work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a consultancy-oriented environment.
Agile, ambitious, and highly capable of multitasking.
Experience with Snowflake (advantage).
