As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, youll play a key role in developing a new product that helps transit agencies deliver reliable and efficient service to their communities. From designing intuitive user interfaces to building robust backend systems, youll work on every layer of the product, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into our ecosystem of tools and products.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, youll tackle complex technical challenges, shaping a solution that enhances the daily operations of transit agencies and improves the rider experience.
What You'll Do:
Own features end-to-end from defining technical requirements and designing architecture to building, testing, deploying, and monitoring in production.
Build high-scale, high-performance systems that integrate into our platform and operate reliably in production.
Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to enhance how our transportation planning and operations product lines work together.
Ensure system stability by diagnosing and resolving production issues efficiently.
Continuously improve developer workflows, automation, and tooling to make the team more efficient.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience building and maintaining production web applications at scale.
Deep expertise in frontend (React, Angular) and/or backend (Python, Rails, Node.js) with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong problem solver who takes ownership, figures things out, and delivers solutions with minimal oversight.
Experienced with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD, and observability tools.
Excellent communicator who can collaborate across teams, influence technical decisions, and get things done.
5+ years of experience building and maintaining production web applications at scale.
Deep expertise in frontend (React, Angular) and/or backend (Python, Rails, Node.js) with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong problem solver who takes ownership, figures things out, and delivers solutions with minimal oversight.
