Role and Responsibilities:
looking for a Medical Data Analyst to join our growing Professional Services group, reporting to our Solutions Squad Lead. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the experience of our growing customer base post-launch and be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our product, ensuring high coding standards, and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.
As a Medical Data Analyst, you will:
Analyze and understand clients business objectives and needs while customizing Clinical language understanding engine accordingly.
Troubleshoot integration issues, identify and recommend fixes and improvements, and proactively resolve alerts and escalated tickets.
Work with our multidisciplinary customer success and R&D teams (software engineers, linguists, medical doctors, product team, data analysts, and medical coders).

Proven ability in conducting analytical work, utilizing data-driven insights to solve complex problems, and paying attention to details
SQL or Pandas skills are a must
Familiarity with Python
Fluent in English both written and spoken, including medical terms
Advantage - experience in project management and documentation skills
Proven experience in a clinical environment or a healthcare facility, including familiarity with medical charts and medical terminology or familiarity with Revenue cycle / USA EHRs
