We are looking for a Security Applications Team Lead to drive innovation, manage a growing team, and develop security applications content. This role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to enhance our security solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage and build a team from scratch. Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts, focusing on professional growth.
Lead the development of security applications by creating pre-built security steps, workflows, and templates.
Collaborate closely with a dedicated PM to ensure product alignment with business goals and the delivery of maximum value to customers.
Improving workflows and establishing a unified standard for security content and processes.
Build and enhance engineering infrastructure, including CI/CD, DevOps, platform reliability, and testing systems.
Establish and maintain a high standard of development practices while working in a multidisciplinary, innovative environment.

Proficiency in Go a significant advantage.
Background in security preferred but not required.

Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders within the organization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
