We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team. You will analyze complex data sets to uncover business trends, insights, and opportunities that drive strategic decisions. A deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to maximize profitability while meeting KPIs is essential. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that optimize performance.
As a Business Data Analyst in you will
Analyze large data sets from multiple business domains (sales, marketing, finance, customer service, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
Develop and implement reporting systems and dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve business outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Lead data-driven projects, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business goals.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
Mentor junior analysts and assist in their professional development.
Continuously improve data analysis processes and tools for better efficiency and accuracy.

B.A./B.Sc. (or higher) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field).
5+ years of experience in business data analysis or a related field, with a focus on delivering business insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or similar.
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
