Do you want to help create fun and rewarding experiences for players worldwide? We're looking for a Junior Game Economist to join our team! About the Role This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone eager to start their career in game economics. You'll work closely with product, data, and monetization teams to design and refine in-game economies that keep players engaged and ensure a balanced experience.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods; balance between free content vs. paid currency in the game economy
* Design the economic systems to drive players to play and enhance their game experience.
* Create new features that improve long-term player satisfaction, and provide more monetization opportunities.
* Analyze player behavior and in-game data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities.
* Build and maintain models to simulate economic scenarios and evaluate new game features.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure economic systems align with both gameplay and business goals. #LI-Onsite

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or or an equivalent background.
* Excellent Excel knowledge - MUST
* Python /SQL skills (especially with data -focused libraries like pandas and numpy).
* Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail.
