Sales Operations Specialist

seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to help support our sales team as we manage incredible growth and new vertical expansion. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting sales leadership with driving operational excellence. You will also cover the day-to-day administration of sales team and operational tasks.This role is a business partner in the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools.

Responsibilities
Oversee the process of commercial contracts by handling necessary agreements and working with the sales, legal, and finance teams.
Support day-to-day administration of the global sales team and operational tasks.
Act as the sales interface for finance, legal, marketing, and services departments by supporting different GTM initiatives, projects, and tasks.
Assist sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection and validation.
Organize, support, and manage E2E Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) - data preparation, reporting, and providing actionable summaries and next steps.
Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce, CRM, and other sales tools.
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIs.
Identify and implement process improvements across the sales organization.
Sales KB management - create and update sales policies, procedures, training manuals, and resources.
Assist with onboarding and training of new sales representatives.
