We are growing, and it's a great opportunity to join the team in a challenging role in a leading global automation company!
In this position, you will:
Provide maintenance of site automation as required (Managing spare parts, automated systems, Conveyors, and all other equipment within the scope of supply of KNAPP and as per the service contract agreement).
Professional and personal management of ~15 technicians.
Work with multiple interfaces within the organization and customer, in a dynamic setting.
Implement site quality procedures, safety procedures, and any statutory procedures.
Appreciate Health Safety considerations of given tasks and carry out risk assessments.
Maintain quality of service by ensuring effective communication work processes with the customer.
In this position, you will:

Experience in managing maintenance/logistics/operations with 10+ employees, including team-leaders.
Experience in managing processes and KPIs.
Education in Electricity/Electronics/Mechanics (BSC or practical engineer)
Electrical certified license advantage.
Proactive approach, experience in initiating and leading processes and changes.
Excellent command of English spoken and written.
Experience in managing maintenance/logistics/operations with 10+ employees, including team-leaders.
Experience in managing processes and KPIs.
Education in Electricity/Electronics/Mechanics (BSC or practical engineer)
Electrical certified license advantage.
Proactive approach, experience in initiating and leading processes and changes.
Excellent command of English spoken and written.
