CRM Solution Engineer

Location: Remote | Job Type: Full-Time | Experience Level: Mid/SeniorAbout the RoleWere looking for a hands-on CRM Solution Engineer to take ownership of our custom-built system, built on a flexible CRM platform. This role gives you the opportunity to shape a core business system that has a direct impact on our operations and growth. If youre someone who loves working with code, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to make a real impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Youll be responsible for customizing and maintaining the platform, working with both.NET ( C #) and JavaScript. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and deliver smart, scalable solutions that directly support our business goals.Key Responsibilities Own and lead development of our custom CRM system. Customize and configure the system to meet business needs. Analyze and enhance existing code in.NET ( C #) and JavaScript. Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM. Collaborate with both technical and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Quickly identify and resolve system issues to maintain smooth and reliable performance.
