The Radiology Informatics (RI) R&D Serviceability organization is looking for a leader to take on our Technical Writing team into the future. Addressing all products related customer facing IFUs (user guides), service guidelines documentation and product written knowledge.
Your role:
Lead the technical writing and documentation activities.
Build and suggest modern approach for customer facing product knowledge as well as service documentation.
Create user documentation, according to the defined processes and quality standards. To represent the user documentation discipline in projects, and to coordinate the user documentation planning in line with the project requirements and deadlines.
Coordinate and lead a hybrid technical writing team. Plan, distribute, assign and own content delivery.
Coordinate services with external agencies for tech writing as well as translation services.
Work in a global organization. Adaptivity to time zones and regions is expected.
Work closely with Product management and R&D, program leads and product service organization.

Relevant academic degree.
Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience.
Team leading or project management experience
Working in a regulatory products environment medical preferred.
Experience working for an enterprise corporate or big organizations advantage
Experience with ST4, Jira, TFS advantage.
Experience working with translation providers advantage.
Out of the box thinking and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication skills. Team player
