Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an Experienced System Validation Manager to lead a global validation group of 10 professionals responsible for end-to-end (E2E) hardware-software validation. This role is at the core of Netafim Digital Farming, where we are revolutionizing agriculture with cutting-edge technologies that empower farmers to achieve sustainability, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Manage and mentor a global validation group of 10 team members, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.

Define team goals, priorities, and processes to align with company objectives.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, product management, and customer support.

Validation Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive E2E HW-SW validation plans and methodologies.

Oversee functional, integration, performance, and regression testing for hardware and software systems.

Identify and resolve validation risks, ensuring thorough and efficient testing processes.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:

Establish quality metrics and KPIs to track validation performance and drive improvements.

Promote validation efficiency and consistency.

Ensure traceable, detailed test plans, test cases, and validation reports.
