As a Senior Director of Architects, you will be instrumental in shaping and guiding the architectural vision and strategy, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. You will work in close partnership with product development teams and leadership to ensure the technology roadmap aligns with business and product goals. Your role will also involve guiding architects and other technical leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Through your leadership, you will drive the development of secure, scalable, and innovative cybersecurity products.
Responsibilities:
Direct and matrix responsibility for the entire field of architecture.
Be a member of the highest management level of our R&D.
Define and implement architectural vision and strategy, prioritizing scalability, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with product development teams and leadership to align the technology roadmap with business and product objectives.
Manage and guide Architects and mentor other technical leaders, promoting a culture of learning and professional development.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their impact on us.

Experience in a Head of Architecture position, CTO, Chief Architect, VP R&D or similar roles, with proven management experience leading winning architects teams.
10+ years of experience in design & implementation of complex software systems.
Excellent understanding of Networking and Security solutions and products.
Strong background in building and operating SaaS products.
Strong collaboration skills to understand and translate business and product goals into technical strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering complex, high-quality software solutions.
Leadership qualities that inspire and foster teamwork and innovation.
