End-to-end management of classified projects, including:
Identifying and analyzing customer needs and translating them into optimal solutions.
Planning and managing timelines and budgets.
Collaborating with various interfaces, including engineering, development, and project teams.
Gathering and analyzing requirements based on customer needs.
Defining work plans and drafting detailed specification documents.
Presenting work plans and system capabilities to senior executives in the defense industry.
Leading technical reviews and trials.

Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
At least 4 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects in software development.
Experience in client-facing discussions and meetings, identifying needs, and drafting specification documents.
Proven experience in leading development teams, scheduling, and matrix management.
High-level experience in project timeline planning (Gantt charts).
Prior experience managing project budgets, identifying bottlenecks, and annual planning.
Proficiency in English, including drafting specification documents and creating/presenting presentations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Familiarity with Agile/Lean project management methodologies an advantage.
Strong rhetorical and presentation skills, a proactive mindset, motivation, innovation, teamwork, and customer-focused approach.
