Lead and implement advanced DevOps processes, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD).
Collaborate across teams, projects, and departments to design and integrate innovative solutions.
Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift environments in On-Premises setups, including creating and optimizing YAML files for resource management, application deployment, and services.
Utilize Azure services, manage container registries, and monitor critical systems such as Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in DevOps roles or relevant system management.
Significant and proven experience with Linux, including system management, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift systems in On-Premises environments, including in-depth understanding of architecture and YAML file management.
Strong knowledge of container registries (Docker Hub, Harbor, or private registries).
Experience with Elasticsearch, including setup, maintenance, and adherence to best practices.
Deep understanding of RabbitMQ/Kafka, including configuration and message system management.
Teamwork skills, high interpersonal abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Advantages:
Experience with infrastructure management tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience in designing and managing CI/CD processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
Understanding of security within DevOps processes.
