Director of Portals Product

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Portals Product to lead the strategy, vision, and product management of our internal and external customer-facing portals and applications.
This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, engaging, and innovative experience that meets the needs of our customers while driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital platforms, strong leadership skills; leading and inspiring a high performing product team. A history of driving strong design and product collaboration, a proven track record of bringing digital tools to life, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
All client facing (external as well as internal) portals and apps
Define and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap for our customer portals, aligning with our overall business strategy.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing product improvement.
Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales, marketing, and engineering.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams/stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Keep up-to-date with market, industry and regulatory trends, which will drive product decisions, define opportunities as well as threats.
Prioritise customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships. Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process.
Track key product metrics and analysis data to identify areas for improvement and measure product performance.
Experience working effectively in multicultural teams, with clients, and in global environments.
