A publicly traded defense-tech company, specializing in command and control systems, is recruiting a PMO for a classified project with a significant contribution to national security
Developing and maintaining integrated work plans.
In-depth knowledge of project management and control for technological projects.
Ongoing coordination with external contractors, drafting contract documents, and managing external workforce scopes.
Risk management, bottleneck analysis, and critical path assessment.
Comprehensive understanding of financial aspects, including pricing, project expenses, and revenue.
Budget planning and control from the proposal stage, through ongoing reporting, to project completion.
Building an overall project status overview and reporting to supervisors.
Developing and maintaining integrated work plans.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics.
At least one year of experience as a PMO in large civilian or military organizations Mandatory.
Familiarity with Agile/Lean/Six Sigma planning and control methodologies.
Experience with planning and control tools such as MS-Project/Primavera/Jira/Monday.
Strong proactiveness, business and financial acumen, systemic thinking, analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Experience in military and/or defense industries an advantage.
Security clearance an advantage.
