This department is responsible for the infrastructure that powers our market-leading SaaS platform and driving productivity and efficiency improvements for hundreds of engineers across the organization.

Define and drive the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the Platform Engineering department, aligning with both company objectives and engineering needs
Spearhead and manage cross-functional initiatives to unify, optimize, and scale core SaaS infrastructure and services across the organization
Lead the development of infrastructure features tailored to enterprise customer needs, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of our SaaS platform
Partner with business and GTM leaders to define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for infrastructure capabilities
Guide the strategy for our internal developer platform, focusing on streamlining workflows, boosting productivity, and reducing friction for engineers
Promote the adoption of best practices, tools, and technologies that enhance development, deployment, and operational processes
Act as a central bridge between infrastructure, product, and engineering teams, driving collaboration and the adoption of platform solutions
Define and track key success metrics for platform initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency, developer productivity, and customer satisfaction
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine platform offerings and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
