Were looking for an Operation Project Manager to join our Customer Success Operations team. The Customer Success Operations team defines and implements centralized work processes and tools used by our teams globally.
As an Operation Project Manager, you will
Manage end-to-end projects, from the definition of the specifications to accompanying the deployment of the solution, including shaping the associated processes and training team members
Translate Customer Success member needs (engineers, Team Leaders, Managers, etc.) to structured requirements and processes design
Work with the relevant teams (IS and Business) to define the solution and create process specifications to be translated into technical specs
Assist with the testing, implementation, and deployment
Monitor adoption and manage required changes
Provide data analysis
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Customer Success Team regarding Customer Success Operations, providing support for incoming inquiries and delivering training on implemented changes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with specialty in Information Technology or equivalent
5+ years experience as a business operations manager, CS operations manager, program management, or similar roles in Support/Sales/Customer success - advantage for experience with Salesforce/Freshdesk
Strong attention to details
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a high-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
