Work with Product Managers to define features and scope, guiding technical decisions and trade-offs, to align with company goals.

Help foster best practices and mentor team members to maintain a high standard of engineering excellence

Requirements:
7+ years of experience developing and maintaining production systems
2+ years of thorough Python experience
Proven track record in leading technical projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, ensuring high engineering standards from requirements to deployment and ongoing maintenance
Familiar with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, deployment pipelines, observability, and quality assurance (unit, integration testing)
Proficiency in various storage solutions such as MySQL, Snowflake, and Redis
Experience with AWS or other public cloud services
A proactive attitude and a passion for providing technical solutions that bring an immediate business impact and ensure engineering excellence
